To fulfil the strategy of TECHNISERV Limited Company we have implemented a quality management system in accordance with the standard of EN ISO 9001:1994. This system was certified on 26 March 1999 by Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance Company. For further improvement of the implemented quality management system it was transformed during the year 2001 to meet the requirements of the new EN ISO 9001:2001, where we also took into account the requirements of NATO concerning the quality assurance for design, development and production as specified in AQAP-110 modified after the issuing of AQAP - 2110, or Czech Defence Standard ČOS 051622.

To fulfil our quality strategy "We design and supply the complete technical service. We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied."

TECHNISERV Limited Company for every single commission from our customers:

  • makes sure that we are able to execute the commission in accordance with the specified requirements and valid legislation in such a way to ensure that the supplied services are received by the customer on the required date and that they are of the expected quality so that our customers can use them without any constraints for their future development;
  • uses only equipment and technologies with proven quality;
  • carries out continuous job control with the aim of continuous improvement;
  • provides servicing to all customers.

To ensure services supplies and deliveries are carried out on the required dates and are of the expected quality in accordance with the latest scientific and technological knowledge and in compliance with environmental requirements, the management of TECHNISERV Limited Company:

  • prefer conceptual and system management approach to operational approach with one crucial target - customer's satisfaction;
  • encourage employees as well as external workers to propose and carry out necessary changes to enhance the quality improvement within the whole range of activities;
  • make major investments into the education and trainings of all employees in the area of quality aiming to change the overall company culture in support of the quality enhancement throughout all working activities;
  • closely cooperate with our suppliers so that all wishes of our customers project into their activities as well.
